This week we shipped the biggest batch of team collaboration features since launch: inline draft comments, an approval workflow, and a queue gate for scheduled posts.
Draft comments
Leave comments directly on any unpublished slide or video. Mentions trigger realtime notifications. Threads resolve when the post publishes.
Approvals
Mark a post as "needs review" and it can't be scheduled until an approver signs off. Useful for agencies and brand teams who can't afford rogue drafts sliding into the queue.
Queue gate
Scheduled posts now pause at the gate until approvals clear. No more 3am pages about a post that shouldn't have gone live.
Head to Settings → Team to enable approvals for your workspace.
